I would like to recommend Interactive Brokers, have been using them for almost a decade, very happy with their service, Sierra supports their API. This is an American company, has offices in lots of major cities, including London and Dublin. 2 major downsides: 1, does not support Teton 2, margin requirement is higher than most US futures brokers.
