Hello SC, When I try to place an order for YMM2, the dow future, or for Live Cattle, LEM2 , they will not go live. If I go to Sim mode, then the order is placed and I can see them on both my DOM and my chart. It is only for a Live orders for YMM2 and LEM2 that the order will not get placed. All other symbols I am trading are fine so far...ie. The ES, GC CL, RTY and NQ are all good. IT is just the YM and LE that will not go live. The message I see in the message log says the account is not active, so somehow my account for the YM and LE are not activated. I know my account is active because all the other symbols will place the order live. I still think Sierra Charts are the best. |
