Yes, I have stop maintained. Each time when I place a trade I have a target and stop bracket orders set. SL was visible on screen when I placed a trade but when price reached it with huge volume spike nothing happened. It just remained opened - my initial order was not closed too. Trade service log shows the following info (see screen in attachment).
