Thank you for the file. If you have a need for Custom Symbol Settings, then exit from Sierra Chart and delete that file (CustomSymbolSettings.cqg.xml). After that you can reenable the use of custom symbol settings. Any previous customizations will not be there, but at least you will be able to move forward.
