If you could attach the file named CustomSymbolSettings.cqg.xml we would like to take a look at it to see why you were having this issue. You can find the file in the folder named SymbolSettings which is under the main Sierra Chart folder. Typically, this would be C:\SierraChart\SymbolSetttings, but it depends on your particular installation.
