Select File >> Find Symbol and make sure all of the sections are closed up (there should be a plus sign next to each entry). Then you should see the items like Futures - CME, Futures - CBOT, etc. Then open up the section for Futures - CME and you should be able to find the ES. If you are not seeing these then get us a screenshot of the Find Symbols window where you are not seeing these.
