What is available will depend on what you want exactly. If you want the Ask Volume Average and Bid Volume Average for an entire bar then there are a couple of items available in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values 2 study. Namely the Average Non-Zero Ask Volume, Average Non-Zero Bid Volume, and the Average Ask Volume per Price,Average Bid Volume per Price. If you are wanting the average ask/bid volume per trade at each price level, then this is not available through built-in studies. You would have to create a custom study to do this.
