I paid my sierra chart account for 6 months yesterday and today I have no data updating. It says I'm connected and it also says delayed for some reason. I'm not sure what's going on but I also received a message about moving to a new service package or changing brokers (which I will not do) and something about a denali exchange...I know nothing about computers and have had trouble using the support in the past so I'm not sure what's going on or what to do? HELP
