I am using OpenChartOrGetChartReference() to create an attached chart. The timezone is being set to UTC. How can I set the hidden chart to match the time zone of the calling study's chart?

I found the undocumented SetChartTimeZone() in the support forum (and .h file) but I don't see a matching GetChartTimeZone().
