When I duplicate a 30 minute chart and then change symbol to FDAX-201406-Eurex, the chart data appears. Refer to help topic 7: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html When I change the symbol to Z-201406-NYSE_Liffe (FTSE100) or jFCE-201406-NYSE_Liffe (CAC40), no chart data appears. Yes. We would expect that. Most likely these are unsupported by the trading service you are using. What can I do to have 30 minute charts for FTSE100 and CAC40 futures?
