If you are using the same spreadsheet in multiple charts, then you would have to change the name in each of the charts that uses that spreadsheet. There is not a way around this. But, that is all you would need to do, is to change the name on the Spreadsheet Study Settings for the Spreadsheet Name, and do that on each chart that uses it. If you are using that spreadsheet in a Study Collection then you would also need to update the Study Collection with the new Spreadsheet Study.
