When I duplicate a 30 minute chart and then change symbol to FDAX-201406-Eurex, the chart data appears.

When I change the symbol to Z-201406-NYSE_Liffe (FTSE100) or jFCE-201406-NYSE_Liffe (CAC40), no chart data appears.

I am using a package 5 SC instance with AMP/TTNet Trading Service and no other data subscription. My shortest chart periodicity is 30 minutes.

What can I do to have 30 minute charts for FTSE100 and CAC40 futures?
