Hi, I am currently on the 3- standard package and I am looking to add CBOE indices. However, after clicking Activate for CBOE indices, it says: Failed to activate the "CBOE indices"exchange. To enable the exchange at least one Real-time Data Connection must be currently active and enable for auto-renewal. Just wondering what should I do to add CBOE indices? By the way I have enough funds for CBOE indices. Thanks. |
