Hi,
I am getting CME delayed data for all CME exchanges even though I pay Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth.
This issue started today.

i have refilled my account and Im running SC version 2379

I have tried self-help section of support board, tried different things but still I don't get Real time data.

I have an ironbeam account and have the teton cme order routing activated on data/trade service setting .

Can you help?
