Good day, I have changed my old model laptop to a new one, and unfortunately i seem to have lost all my saved data. I initially saved a lot of order flow or footprint charts but now i cannot find it when loggin in with the same credentials. How do i retrieve my saved data? Sierra chart seem to have been greyed out as well in this new laptop. |
