Thank you for your reply, I set up and paid for package 10 and it is working. I have one issue when the system startups I get a notification that says my usage time will expire in 2 days: ""Notice: 2 days of full use of Sierra Chart remaining. To continue full use the software and services, purchase more usage time by selecting 'Help >> Add Usage Credit' on the menu."" How do I set as default my old account which has the paid package 10?
