Dear Madam/Sir, I have currently option 5 with 48 days left on an advanced 3 month's purchased. I have the desire to move to live data an acquire the option 11- Advanced + Denali live data with immediate effect. Can you please, advise how I can do that? And also how to get a refund towards the new option from the time remaining and paid in advance for acquired and paid 5 acquired? Your website doesn't offer direct clarity on the above.
