In order to use Rithmic with Sierra Chart you need to be on Package 10 or higher. We have temporarily taken care of this for you by giving you 30 days of Package 12 evaluation. So you can connect for the next 30 days without having to make any changes to your account.

Just remember to change your package to 10 or higher before the 30 days ends.

TransAct is no longer supported in version 2354 and higher of Sierra Chart. It is possible to use an older version and get the data forever, but if there is a change to the data at some point from TransAct, then we will not be making any adjustments for that change, so it could stop working at any time.
