Hi, The data feed for $INX and all other symbols sitting within the Nasdaq Indices feed is/are not working. I have never experienced this before. CME data is fine. I have updated to the current version of Sierra, re-loaded the charts on numerous occasions the feed is static and can only be updated if disconnect and reconnect data. I do not trade via Sierra or a futures broker - I spreadbet via a broker outside of Sierra charts. I pay $25 per month for the SC Data feed and $5 per index - this in addition to the Denali fee. |
