1. This sounds like an issue with the external trading service. Not with Sierra Chart. There cannot be any problem like this at all with the order allocation to account functionality. Makes no sense. You need to see what the issue is by analyzing the orders in the Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity We are quite certain this is not an issue with the functionality on the Sierra Chart side. The random behavior would confirm, that is an external trading service issue. And we do not know what is meant by being crossed with a market order: The behavior is random and sometimes orders are not sent and other times they are just crossed with a market order.
