Do you have an email address that a client can communicate with S5 on?

From the very day my account was funded no email has been replied. I emailed you people on the 16th and the 18th. Once asking to be notified when my account was enabled, no response and once to inform you that the fees were set incorrectly with Advantage Futures, no response. No, there is nothing in my spam box...
