Since you cannot access the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using Rithmic because of what is explained in post #3, the historical and real-time data then comes from Rithmic. However, the historical data, is not being downloaded from Rithmic, and is being skipped because you did not specify your Rithmic username and password for historical data in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. However, you do not want to do the prior paragraph because you should be getting the data completely from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions in post #3 to do that.
