The only reason this should occur is if your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. Ensure that this is set to Yes. Then set your system to connect to your Rithmic account. Then make sure your stock data symbols are entered with the '-NQTV' suffix. For example, AAPL should be entered as AAPL-NQTV. At this point, you should be getting real-time data for your futures and stocks.
