The first thing you need to do is to fill out the NASDAQ Non-Professional Certification again, as it was missing the selection for "Occupation". You can access this agreement here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_NASDAQ After that is done, then the next thing to do is to ensure you have your symbols correct. For the NASDAQ TotalView data, you need to enter symbols with a suffix of "-NQTV". For example, for AAPL, you would need the symbol "AAPL-NQTV". Otherwise, you will only get delayed data.
