This issue only occurs on the sub instance, I'm getting occasional gaps in the depth 1 level off price on either bid or ask. This only seems to last an instant, maybe a second or a price update. I have compared the same Symbol, DOM settings and chart interval against the same in the main instance where the problem does not occur. Please see attached image.
