Hi there, I recently installed sierra on my laptop (I've had it on my computer for over a year) i sucessfully also connected to the broker, however the charts and the cumulative delta were absent, i got in contact with the broker but they said there was nothing they could do if i successfuly connected to them. do you have a resolution as im going to become a little more mobile. please find attached image.
