Make sure that after you have selected Rithmic Direct - DTC for the Current Selected Service that you then select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, wait 1 minute then open the window again and then see if you have the list of servers. This is called out in step #9 of the Setup Instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges We have also heard that you may need to do this a few times in order to get the list.
