Hello,

I have 3 issues:
1. last week I made all payments and activations requested and according to the control panel everything was ok. But I cannot log the Sierra anymore.
2. this morning I got this message: "Current service package does not support this function"
3. I also received the the following service connection error: " SC/TT futures Orders Routing.Connection error:Trade account not assigned."
