OK. So that's why the function of holding ctrl key toggle lock space with hand tool is canceled. Make sense. Seems like a problem of using 1 key for multiple functions, and it sometimes not producing the intended outcome. But the hand tool is a powerful and intuitive way of interact with the chart. Maybe we could add more behavior modifier key for the hand tool? Like holding Alt key for toggle lock space. Or maybe, lock the modifying behavior with the first mouse movement. For example, while holding the ctrl key, if the first movement is vertical, then only price scale adjustment is allowed. If the first movement is horizontal, then only lock space toggle is allowed.
