Hi, I currently get an error when trying to update my chart. There is no data in my chart and i get the error message in a red box "Error failed......unknown request" Below is what I have tried: - File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed - Update Symbol Settings - Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings - Retrying the Download When There is No Data in the Chart - Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Can you please assist asap. Thanks |
