We needed to activate the CME exchange fee for market data for your account. This is now done. Let us know if you need market depth data. We only activated top of book for CME at 1.25 USD per month. You may need to restart Sierra Chart. Otherwise, you should start to receive the data in about three minutes. To ensure all of the data is complete and correct in the charts, follow the below procedure: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
