Yes, this is correct. You need to pay for the exchange(s) for which you want to get the real-time data. what about for professional?
If you are considered a professional, then you would need to activate the exchanges that are marked as for a Professional. These are much more expensive than the non-professional, but they do not require that you connect to a live trading account at least once a month.
