Hello SCS, i do not understand why my service balance is 10USD under balance. I activate: 1) Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts = 3.5 USD 1) EUREX EOBI = 25 USD so total 28,5 USD. I made a payment for 35 USD (see attached email) so I should have a credit of 6.5 USD in credit. Please could you check in your system? Thank you Best regards Claudio Donatone
