If you just want to consolidate the Market Depth data, then use the Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks setting. You should leave the Tick Size alone, as it impacts too many things - as you have seen. So reset the Tick Size back the default of 0.01 and set the Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks to 100.
