If the Volume Profile you are referencing was a "Drawn Volume Profile" (i.e. it was added through the drawing tool and not directly as a study), then you can right-click on that "drawing" and select Volume Profile Settings, which will take you to the Study Settings for that Volume Profile. There is no other method other than Right-Clicking to bring up the Drawings Shortcuts.
