You need to detach the window and then use the option Window >> Always on Top. Refer to the following: Window, CB and CW Menus: Always on Top (Window) If you use multiple chartbooks and want to have that window visible regardless of which chartbook is open, then you also want to enable the option for Window >> Window Always Visible.
