I think they were confused. You do have to pay for your Sierra Chart directly to us and not through AMP. But, if you are short funds in your AMP account, then you need to make the payment to them.

We see that you made the payment you did to us, you do not need to prove it. As we stated, if you want any of that refunded, then start an Account Support Ticket asking for the refunds. You can access the Account Support Tickets here:
