You have us very confused. We do see that you added $120.00 USD to your Sierra Chart account on February 10, 2022. And then on February 14, 2022 you selected the "Renew Now" button - twice, which added 2 additional months to your Usage Time and removed $36.00 USD for each addition (so a total of $72.00 USD was removed from your account.

But, if you are short of funds with AMP, then you need to add funds to your AMP account, not to your Sierra Chart account. We are not the same company, nor do we have a way to transfer money between the companies. If you need to fund your AMP account, then you need to make a payment to them.

We can refund the two months of additional payments that you have made and we can refund the funds to your credit card, but there will be a $5.00 USD service charge for credit card refund. To do this please open an Account Support Ticket asking for the refunds you want. Refer to the Refund Policy here:
