That is just stating that you need to add a day in your head, or on paper, to the actual date in order to get the "Trading Day" date for the Evening Session. For example, if your Evening Session starts at 18:00, and you are looking at bars from 18:00-23:59:59 on July 12, then the actual Trading Day for those bars is July 13 (1 day forward).
