I open a new chart and this is what I get. I choose the symbol and it changes it to (other) with the same symbol. Seems to be only happening in the H contracts. I have reloaded Sierra chart. This is from a new chartbook. My other charts ( older) are not effected. If I copy an old chart from a chartbook that has the correct info it is changed and I get the issue. If I just copy chart from the same chartbook I get the same issue. On top of this issue the DOM is now blank except for current price. I just had to update my data feed from TOPSTEP and soon after this is what I get. My data feed is a paid feed through Denali from you. What the $%^&@* is going on!! |
