I had a bunch of time alerts and a couple of symbols alerts in the Alerts Manager which worked fine for a few days. However on Friday morning all the alerts were gone and the Alerts Manager window would not even open. Today I upgraded from 1109 to 1113 and an Alerts Manager window did open but all the alerts were still missing.
