Hi, I am doing a Uprofit eval. starting from mon. Everything worked fine until I had to reset the Uprofit account due to max drawdown. They reset my account successfully and I made sure all my login info was correct and restarted my sierra platform. The problem is the Uprofit account is not showing up in the account monitor so I cannot trade it through sierra. It works just fine on the Rtrader platform and all they keep telling me is to delete my account info and reconfigure it. I have done this multiple times with no success. And now its showing my personal account on the account list on the trade window even though im logged in to the Uprofit/Rithmic account.
