Thank you for getting back to me. I really appreciate it. I believe I've switched over to the Denali Exchange Data Feed because in my Historical Daily charts there's an "[M]" after the contract name but I'm still having the same issue with the Historical Intraday charts. When I change the Historical Daily chart to an Intraday chart or when I click "Open Intraday Chart" a chart window opens but nothing is produced for the H, M, U and Z contracts from 2010 to 2007. I understand that according to - Sierra_Chart Historical Data Service - and under “What Is Included” it says “Prior to this the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.”, so I understand I should be able to access intraday historical data back to June 2008. Kindly advise. Thank you. |
