Hi Support, I still have issues with loading and high Memory usage. There are no issue with Windows Security or the Firewall. BUT Something happens when Sierra Charts is started. 1) When Sierra Charts is started, and the chartbook begins to load one instrument (ES), with 10 ES charts, all the charts load, except the 3 Point and Figure intraday charts. What I have to do is go to File/Disconnect, then the PnF starts to load (see attached jpg Loading ES chart) 2) Then, it takes about 8-9 minutes to load these 3 charts, (see attached jpg Loading ES chart) I thought the historical data was save to the hard drive so it doesn't have to reloaded at every Sierra Chart start up 3) Also 5-6 Gig of Memory is used (see attached Memory jpg) and the response time is slow. 4) Once all the charts are loaded and start to watch the DOM chart, the response time is very choppy, the price moves between ~ 4-6-8 ticks at a time. My trades are placed on this chart. This jumpy, laggy, sticky response time makes it totally impossible to trade. 5) After about 1-2 hours (see attached Memory jpg)the 5-6 Gig of memory drops down to 500-900 MB and the laggy, sticky response starts to improve but not like it use to be. 6) How do you minimize the Trade Service and Message log. Control-M works for a few minutes but the logs pop up within a few minutes and are also in my viewing area. I really what to resolve these issues and would appreciate your help.
