RESOLVED - "Update From Server" didn't contain the specific RIVN-NQTV or RBLX-NQTV records. Creating them manually from an existing one and updating the values to reflect the underlying, and then using "Delete data and redownload" worked. Looks like you need specific NQTV records for each symbol otherwise it won't pull historical data, despite using Update From Server.
