We see what the problem is. This can be solved. Who is your clearing firm? If the Status of them is Open the answer to this is yes.: If the market moves to the bracket orders will it execute even though the position is closed already ?
In the next release of Sierra Chart you can use the Flatten button, on the Trade Positions window which handles flattening of the position and canceling orders, as a single command. All of the operation is managed on the server and does not run into these message rate limits. We can increase the limit, we just need to know who the clearing firm is.
