You should have up to 1400 levels of Depth. If you are not getting these, then make sure you have the correct symbols - the symbols for the new NASDAQ TotalView need to have a -NQTV at the end. For example, Apple would be AAPL-NQTV. Without this extension you would be getting historical data from our other data feed.
