The problem is with the Transact Websocket authentication server. That is clear.

And also the Transact software does not use that same authentication server. The transact front end trading program does not use the websocket services.

Transact has also been bought by ninja. Are they going to continue to even support any of the Transact software? We do not think so. That would not be in their interest.

Are you just trying to frustrate us enough to move to a new broker?
No. We would have no control over this. And that is not something that we would do anyway.


But we do want Sierra Chart users off of Transact as soon as possible and we do not want to lose you as a customer ,if possible, but we are going to remove Transact support. That is long overdue.


You should have full confidence in moving. Just look at the problem you are facing now with Transact. And you see how you are misplacing the fault. This is one out of numerous reasons why we do not want users on Transact because people fault the substandard service you get from them on us.

And you are going to move on to a superior solution. Do you know even with the transact software that you do not even have server managed OCO and bracket orders? Unless they have done an update that we are not aware of but this has not been available even through the websocket server.
