Hello, I wanted to activate the Denali data feed with the advanced features but accidentally chose package 10 instead of 11 and paid for both. I also added 10$ into the account which I can't see. I'm not entirely sure if I can get refunded but if you can look into it would be insanely appreciated. Thank you in advance! BW Alex |
