In order to get the CBOE Indices, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the "CBOE Indices" exchange. As to why - the answer is because we have the two separate data feeds. For the exchanges for which we do not have many customers (such as CBOE Indices), we get that data from a 3rd party provider. Whereas the Denali Exchange Data Feed is direct connections to the exchanges that it supports.
